Brazilian developer Guilherme Rambo has managed to obtain Apple’s unreleased Golden Master candidate of watchOS 4.1 along with full release notes highlighting the upcoming enhancements and new features.
Aside from half a dozen bug fixes, watchOS 4.1 brings enhanced capabilities like a brand new Radio app, the ability for Series 3 owners to stream music via Wi-Fi or cellular from Beats 1, Apple Music or their iCloud Music Library, support for syncing fitness data with GymKit-compatible equipment, a dedicated Wi-Fi Control Center toggle on Series 3 hardware and more.
GymKit support was supposed to go live in the initial watchOS 4 release, but it got removed from the final build only to re-appear in watchOS 4.1 betas.

watchOS 4.1 should release for all users soon, probably next week.
