The Best & Worst Parts of Steak

☀️Summer is here, which mean lots of grilling for those of us who are meat eaters.

๐ŸฎTo help you out, I put together a quick reference guide on the leanest & fattiest cuts of steak.

The Rib Eye, T-Bone, and Porterhouse are good choices if you're looking for a fattier, flavorful cut, but not so much if you're watching calories. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ

๐ŸŽฏIf you want to keep the diet in check, you're better off going for the Eye of Round, Top Sirloin, or Skirt Steak. Just be careful not to overcook these, or it'll taste like you're eating a brick. ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผ
