Breakfast - All Inclusive Buffet edition 🍳🥐🥝🍅🥓😁

Let's be honest, we are on vacation, all we want is to relax, to take some sun, to swim in the sea and definitely not think about food 🤗 But anyway I decided to do this comparison and the result completely surprised me! ▶️ 2 different types of breakfast ☝🏼 On the left - 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 huge slice of fried turkey breast, a small piece of Camembert cheese, half of cheddar cheese toast, sauteed zucchini, cherry tomatoes, papaya, mango and kiwi - not the healthiest option but pretty decent 💁🏼 On the right - 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon, half of cheddar cheese toast, butter, 2 churros, 1 slice of brownie cake, 1 slice of banana flavored butter bread and white chocolate glazed donut 🙈 Sounds crazy and the amount of calories put together with macros and amount of sugar seriously horrified me! 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ And it's not only about it, there is NO vegetables or fruit on the plate, so no good sources of nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body. I think the choice is easy? 🤓👀✅ I don't share this post to get you stressed about what you are eating on holidays and even if you go wild with food for a few days, it will not ruin the results you're working on for months or years. It's simply good to be aware of what we actually devour when we are relaxed and rested. PS. In case you would like to know, no, I didn't eat everything from the right plate but churros were so damn good 😛😍🤗
