2. Tell your friends (so you become accountable.)

3. Build a new habit onto a current routine.

4. Find a partner who wants to do it with you.

5. Plan in advance to make it easy for yourself.

6. Imagine the feeling when you stick to the new habit, and replay that picture in your mind frequently.
