RECIPE: 🍕Low Cal Zucchini “Pizza"🍕

- 1 zucchini (20 cals)
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds (90 cals)
- ¼ cup marinara sauce (19 cals)
- Pam cooking spray (0 cals)
- salt and pepper, to taste
slice zucchini into ¼ inch thick rounds. spray a large pan with Pam and place zucchini into it on medium high heat. season with salt and pepper. cook about 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. remove from pan and set aside. spray a baking sheet with Pam and place zucchini on it. top with marinara and cheese and broil in oven until cheese is melted. remove from oven and serve.
