7 Ways To Give Yourself A Boost Of Confidence

1. List your successes  
Everyone has something they don't like about themselves. Whether this is about your appearance or your abilities. But let's just be 100% honest with yourself and give yourself credit for the things you have achieved. Put your successes and achievements on a list.

2. Make a list of things you're good at
You have plenty to offer, so put all of it on paper. When you read it again later, you will find that you've convinced yourself; you're pretty awesome after all!

3. Nobody is perfect
Remind yourself that nobody is perfect. Everyone has insecurities and doubts themsleves every once in a while. This is normal. You are no exception. How often do you tell yourself that you're not perfect? It's time to accept your imperfections and do not let them be your downfall.

4. You learn from your mistakes
Do not be afraid to make mistakes. The saying "you learn by making mistakes" is clichรฉ, but it's the truth. If you put too much time into wanting to perfect everything, you'll never learn. If you make a mistake, it'll be a lesson. But if you learn from your mistakes and achieves the result itself, the victory is all the greater.

5. Dare to take risks
Step out of your comfort zone. If you remain in your safe zone continuously, you will never learn what it is to enter new situations and learn from them. Make sure you take control yourself and choose to step out of the comfort zone. You will find that this provides a boost to your self-confidence.

6. Take compliments
Do you ever ignore compliments because it makes you feel uncomfortable? Stop it! Especially if they are clearly justified. It'll give you some extra confidence.

7. Makeover
Are you still not happy with your body and you're ready for a fresh start? Give yourself some me time. Go to the barber shop, beauty salon or go shopping. Get yourself a new and exciting look. There, you'll feel a lot more confident right away!
