Recipe: Healthy Fruit Salad

A fruit salad for breakfast, lunch or even as a snack. Everything is possible when it comes to salads. This salad is exactly what you need during winter to boost your vitamin intake. A light meal that will make you feel full is never a bad idea.

Ingredients

- Grapefruit
- Apple
- Kaki fruit
- Nuts
- Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and mix them up.
2. Add the nuts to the mixture and mix it again.
3. Cut the mint leaves and add it to the salad.
