Seriously, this is the most delicious breakfast ever. Cake for breakfast is super tasty but a HEALTHY cake for breakfast is a win-win, isn't it?

Ingredients (for 4 tartlets)

130 grams of granola
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of  honey (I use Mellona Liquid honey)
250 grams of Greek yogurt
125 grams of frozen fruit

Preparation

1. Remove the frozen fruit from the freezer and let it thaw.

2. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

3. Stir the granola in a blender and mix it for about a minute until it is crumbly.

4. Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a pan on the stove, until it's fully melted. Turn off the heat and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir well, then pour it into the blender. Mix again until well blended.

5. Spread the granola mixture into four mini cake tins. Use the back of a spoon in order to press it down.

6. Bake for 8 minutes until golden brown.

7. Remove the tarts from the oven and let it cool briefly. Remove the cake pan after a few minutes and add at some Greek yogurt. Add some fruit to it and finish with honey.
