Ooohhhhhh, healthy chocolate mousse. Can it get any better?

After dinner I sometimes have such an unbearable craving for sweets. I'd get Ben & Jerry's, but chocolate or licorice is also great! But instead of giving into the unhealthy cravings, I've invented healthy variations on less healthy (but very tasty!) desserts. The chocolate mousse is an example of my healthy creations. Okay, it does not taste quite like the chocolate from the supermarket, but who cares? It tastes like chocolate and it's delicious!

Ingredients (for 4 desserts)

240 milliliters of (almond) milk
100 grams of dark chocolate (without sugar!)
500 ml of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
Optional: small raspberries

Preparation

1. Pour the (almond) milk in a saucepan and add the chunks of chocolate. Heat the milk so the chocolate melts. Be careful, however. Make sure that the milk does not begin to boil.

2. Add the honey and vanilla powder when milk and chocolate are mixed well.

3. Put the Greek yogurt in a bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over it. Stir well until everything is mixed.

4. Put the chocolate mousse into four glasses (or bowls) and refrigerate it for at least two hours.

5. Serve with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt and possibly raspberries on top.

6. Bon appetit!
